The NGOs operating in the state have different functions. The functioning of non-existent NGOs is limited to their area.But, instead of relying on the government level for the better development of the society, the socialists themselves tried their best through various levels of self-organization.Of course, the scope of the existing self-contained arrangements is limited to their own.
